Banquet Planning
-BOD discussed menu for Banquet which included boneless wings, pasta, meatballs, etc
-The time of 6:30PM was proposed


Previous Agenda
-BOD discussed the lighting issues and any future possibility of replacements through grants
-The door for the snack shack is scheduled to be repaired/replaced this week

D1 Ranked Players List
-BOD voted to discontinue the ranked players list
-Teams strengths will be considered

Rule Discussions
-Rules would be discussed at 1st coaches meetings including any ideas for changes or proposals
-BOD discussed setting 1hr 15min time limit for all games to start the 7th inning.
-Discussed a sliding or give self-up rule in order to avoid collisions at home plate.

Meetings to discuss rosters are planned for Feb 20th and Feb 27th
