LAMSA BOD Meeting October 24th 2016

Members Present: Matt Avalone, Lori Beaudin, Mike Bottos, Vic Blanchard, Ryan Pellechia, Jon Haxton, Doug Hare, Johnnie Visselle, Kevin Keese, Rocco Warren, Danny Troche

1. Eric Ridings interviewed and was voted on to join the BOD

2. Reviewed the 2016 Budget
   Discussions specifically included
   -Snackshack
   -WaterBill
   -Lawnmower Repair (clutch)
   2016 was voted on and accepted

3. Repair to Field 2
   -Discussed the possibility of bringing in ShortStop by a few feet
   -Regrating
   -Possibility of adding French Drain to aid in water redirection

4. Rules
   -Discussed the possibility of a 1hr15min time limit for all games
   -Committment line was voted on and approved for CoEd

5. Early Roster Checkup	
   -Holding Registration on Feb 16th
   -Divisions will be set March 2nd
   -Bad Dates Calendars due March 6th
This will enable time to consult coaches if rosters need to be modified to be accepted into division of choice.

6. Discussed redoing the concept of the D1 Ranked Players List
